In this role you will help grow and shape the Bristol employment practice within a leading national law firm. You will advise employers on tribunals, employee relations, discrimination, redundancies, TUPE and corporate transactions, while also guiding senior executives. You will play a key role in business development, client relationships and practice growth. Responsibilities

• Shape and grow the Bristol employment practice
• Advise employers on tribunals and disputes, employee relations, discrimination and whistleblowing
• Counsel on redundancies, restructures, TUPE and corporate transactions
• Provide senior executive and board-level employment advice
• Drive business development and nurture client relationships to grow the practice
