In this role you will lead strategic, technology-enabled transformations within Deloitte’s Major Programmes practice, focusing on government and public sector programmes. You’ll partner with clients to shape and deliver complex initiatives while managing cross-functional teams and governance. Responsibilities

• Lead with clients to solve complex issues and guide strategically significant projects
• Manage and develop high-performing teams and complex workstreams across technology-enabled transformations
• Drive end-to-end technology delivery in collaboration with Deloitte’s broader technology and transformation teams
• Institute governance structures for large-scale technology programmes with risk management and stakeholder alignment
• Shape technology solutions by balancing business requirements with technical design
• Lead organisational and cultural change aspects associated with large-scale technology transformation
• Collaborate across Deloitte to deliver integrated strategy, design, and implementation of digital initiatives

Key requirements

• Experience in developing and implementing robust governance structures for large-scale technology programmes
• Experience in shaping complex technology solutions and aligning business needs with technical design
• Experience in managing organisational and cultural change tied to tech transformation
