Overview
In this role you act as the primary research and insight partner for REMS across EMEA, translating market dynamics into actionable narratives for clients and business development. You will leverage internal and external data to deliver differentiated intelligence that informs decisions and strategy. You lead client-facing research conversations and help embed insights into go-to-market activities and proposals. You will contribute to global programs while representing regional perspectives and exploring AI-enabled workflows to scale impact.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main research and insight partner for REMS service lines, supporting business development and client decision-making.
- Aggregate and synthesize data from Research, REMS programs, and external sources to produce commercially grounded insights.
- Lead client-facing research presentations and advisory conversations, translating market dynamics into clear narratives for pitch and retention.
- Collaborate with service line leads, marketing, and BD to embed insights into go-to-market strategy and client proposals.
- Represent the EMEA REMS platform in global Research forums and apply global intelligence to client work.
- Identify emerging topics and gaps to shape a forward-looking REMS research agenda.
- Leverage industry events and surveys to position JLL as a thought leader in real estate services.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to improve quality, speed, and scale in research workflows and client engagement.
Key requirements
- Deep understanding of corporate real estate services (facilities management, property management, workplace strategy, lease/portfolio administration) or transferable adjacent experience
- Bias toward commercial impact with a track record of using research to support client engagement or strategic positioning
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort using proprietary data programs and market intelligence synthesis
- Effective communicator able to engage senior clients and translate complex findings into actionable narratives
- Advanced interpersonal and collaboration skills across a global, matrixed organization
- Global mindset with curiosity about regional market differences and ability to represent Americas perspectives
- Familiarity with AI-enabled research and productivity tools and awareness of generative AI in research workflows
