Associate Director, Transaction Services

Overview

As Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will lead complex due diligence and deal-related work for technology clients, coordinating with cross-functional experts across Interpath. You’ll develop senior client relationships and mentor junior staff while contributing to the growth of our Technology sector offering. You will oversee both buy-side and sell-side engagements and drive high-quality insights that inform critical decisions. This is a chance to shape transactions at scale within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, globally expanding firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of FDD and VDD reports
• Evaluate Quality of Earnings to identify impact on earnings
• Benchmark Net Working Capital against historical trends
• Identify debt-like items from balance sheet/off-balance-sheet items
• Assess forecasts for risks and opportunities
• Lead client meetings and act as primary due diligence contact
• Build relationships and mentor teams
• Support business development and growth of Technology sector practice

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• >=4 years’ experience in Transaction Services or equivalent
• Experience on Technology transactions is advantageous
• Chartered Accountancy or similar qualification preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation
• Ability to lead multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with track record in managing senior client relationships
• Experience supporting business development and originating opportunities is advantageous but not mandatory
