Overview

In this role you help leading multinational clients navigate complex international tax issues. You will work with top international tax Partners and a high-performing team on cross-border tax projects and M&A matters. The position focuses on developing and executing international tax strategies for clients expanding globally, restructurings, and managing BEPS-related risk. You join a growing ICTA practice that values learning, client service, and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of international tax engagements with a professional, practical and commercial approach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
  • Spot opportunities and involve colleagues to develop the commercial proposition
  • Assist in winning work by managing existing clients and contributing to new engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex tax issues
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines and manage project scope
  • Identify risks, conduct reviews, and know when to escalate

Key requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in UK corporate tax with advisory exposure
  • Preferred: ATT / ACA / CA / CTA
  • Strong technical skills and a drive to deepen knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented and collaborative
  • Ability to manage time and projects under pressure
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and problem-solving mindset
