Overview
In this Fiduciary Accounting Specialist role, you will manage accounting and settlement tasks for aged or complex client matters within the Fiduciary Team. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve issues, support process improvement, and ensure accurate cash handling and reinsurance transactions. The position combines autonomy with collaboration, offering hybrid work and exposure to high-stakes client accounts. Responsibilities
- Own workload and define cases/issues when needed
- Provide root cause analysis and help develop improved processes
- Support reinsurance coverage assessment, processing of premiums/losses, and cash follow-up
- Maintain clear audit trails for complex/historic matters
- Prepare working papers supporting investigations and methodologies for management
- Support wider CSS activities, including financial exposures reviews and KPIs
- Manage the most complex client base with transactional processing and reinsurance recoveries
- Coordinate with CSS and client-facing colleagues for a coordinated approach
Key requirements
- Bureau, Accounts & Settlement knowledge
- Experience with Open Twins, CLASS and IMR Systems (beneficial)
- Track record in client account management and relationship management
- Ability to manage workload and set expectations with clients and stakeholders
