Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Manage sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, to let, new builds and transfers of equity
• Work within a busy conveyancing team and oversee own caseload
• Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients

Key requirements

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer
• Proven experience in a busy conveyancing team
• Ability to independently manage own caseload
