Overview

In this role you will provide non-contentious construction advice to public sector clients, including government bodies, education and social housing providers. You will handle standard procurement and contracting work using JCT/NCT forms, collateral warranties, and security documents, while supporting professional appointments and related collateral agreements. You will join a Top 100 law firm with a City presence, offering breadth of work and clear career progression in a collaborative culture. Responsibilities

• Advise on non-contentious construction matters for public sector clients
• Work with JCT and NCT contracts
• Prepare collateral warranties and professional appointments
• Draft and review security documents including parent company guarantees and bonds

Key requirements

• 6+ PQE
• England & Wales qualified solicitor
