As a Technical/Enterprise Security Architect consultant at NTT DATA, you shape secure transformations for clients by translating security requirements into enterprise patterns and architectures. You will lead security design across IT, network, and cloud domains, aligning with regulatory and industry standards. Your consulting impact spans defining options, reviewing client needs, and guiding implementation of security controls. The role offers exposure to diverse sectors, including public sector, with strong emphasis on Secure by Design and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Translate security requirements into enterprise patterns across contextual, conceptual, and logical levels within the SDLC
• Define strategic, tactical, and operational security architecture options aligned to business goals
• Review and validate client requirements, use cases, and solution architectures
• Oversee documentation, assessment, and authorization processes for new and existing information systems
• Support discovery, audits, and recommendations; adopt security control frameworks (NIST/ISO/ISF/COBIT)
• Demonstrate subject matter knowledge in security domains (e.g., PAM/IAM, Cloud, IoT, Threat Profiling) and promote Secure by Design and Zero Trust
• Architect end-to-end controls across applications, systems, and infrastructure in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, and technologists to drive client transformations

Key requirements

• Broad security consulting background in professional services
• Experience in a Telecoms environment
• Multi-year client-facing project and presentation experience
• Ability to manage demanding client situations with drive and enthusiasm
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience interfacing with Enterprise Architects and business/tech stakeholders at all levels
• Ongoing professional growth in architectural/security qualifications (e.g., Open CA, TOGAF, SABSA, CCSK, CCSP, CCSS, ACSA, CISSIP-ISSAP, CNDA)
• Willingness to hold/obtain Defence Vetting (SC) for public sector engagements
