Clinical Negligence Solicitor – 3-5 PQE – Sheffield

Overview

In this role you will handle a mix of medical negligence cases and large group actions within a growing specialist team. You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on high‑profile national matters, partnering with experts and counsel. The role combines technical litigation with client‑facing, empathetic advice and strategic interim payments to support rehabilitation. You will contribute to team development in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment and work from a new Sheffield office with hybrid flexibility.

Key requirements

• 3-5 years PQE in medical negligence
• Experience with complex litigation
• Group actions or product liability experience is helpful but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to commute to Sheffield 2 days per week
