VP of Sales, EMEA (Ad-tech/DSP/SSP/CTV exp required)

Overview

As VP of Ad-Tech Sales, EMEA you will lead growth across the region, closing strategic deals and building partnerships that scale Pixalate’s trusted fraud protection and compliance platform. You will align sales strategy with product and marketing to expand adoption among DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, publishers, and other platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market and drive revenue, while acting as a thought leader shaping product enhancements and strategy. This role offers the chance to influence the digital advertising supply chain at scale from London, with a high-performing, mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Grow new business and drive adoption of Pixalate’s technology across the digital ecosystem
• Develop strategy and action plans aligned with Pixalate’s vision
• Develop and execute a revenue growth plan through partnerships and deals with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, and publishers
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to support product direction
• Identify and pursue new business and revenue opportunities
• Create and present proposals and pricing to close deals
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Contribute as a thought leader to inform product enhancements, new offerings, and strategy

Key requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in ad-tech
• Experience selling to CTV, DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, and publishers
• Proven track record of winning new client logos
• Experience selling complex tech solutions within ad-tech / media
• Proven ability to develop and scale strategic sales partnerships
