Naimuri – Information Security Officer

Overview

As Information Security Officer at Naimuri you will bridge policy and practice to strengthen security across the business. You’ll help evolve governance, risk, and compliance while delivering practical protections in real-world systems. You collaborate with the Head of Security and cross-functional teams to harden cloud and endpoint security and refine incident response playbooks. Responsibilities

• Governance, Risk & Compliance: maintain and evolve security management systems aligned with Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO27001; policy development balancing security with agility; conduct internal audits and coordinate with external assessors; assess third-party and vendor security.

Key requirements

• 2-4 years in Information Security or dual IT/Security role, preferably in a regulated or government-adjacent sector
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MDM for corporate devices
• Understanding of UK Data Protection/GDPR and ISO 27001
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, or CISM are a plus

• Ability to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders
