Implementation Manager

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you drive the successful delivery of the Rental product suite through on-site and remote deployments. You manage projects end-to-end, guide customers through change, and deliver training to ensure value is realized. You work within a collaborative Professional Services team to support a fast-paced delivery environment. This role blends customer engagement with technical delivery, in a hybrid work setting aligned with our flexible policy. You will operate globally, contributing to scalable, high-impact deployments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, escalating risks when needed
• Manage multiple projects of varying scope concurrently
• Own the full implementation lifecycle for the Rental product suite
• Train customers on-site and remotely as required by project scope
• Lead project kick-off meetings
• Monitor, report delivery activity and project status
• Identify and escalate delivery risks and issues to your line manager
• Use appropriate tools and processes to drive project success

Key requirements

• Experience managing or supporting software implementation projects
• Strong organisational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, problem-solving across project lifecycle
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
