Chartered Building Surveyor / NEC Supervisor

You will join an international consultancy delivering project and cost management, focusing on Building Surveying and NEC supervision. Responsibilities

• undertake NEC Supervisor duties under NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews on live projects
• monitor works for contract compliance, specifications and standards
• identify defects/non-conformances and drive corrective actions
• produce inspection reports and maintain project records
• collaborate with Project Managers, Cost Managers, Contractors and Clients
• provide technical building surveying advice during project delivery
• review contractor quality management processes and documentation
• support project governance, risk management and quality assurance activities
• attend project meetings and contribute to outcomes

Key requirements

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or related construction discipline
• Strong understanding of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
• Experience undertaking NEC Supervisor duties
• Excellent knowledge of construction technology and quality control processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Full UK driving licence
