As a Non Contentious Construction Solicitor, you will support high-value UK construction and infrastructure projects across health, education, housing, regeneration and central government programmes. You will draft and negotiate construction contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke) and collaborate with government bodies, NHS Trusts, universities and developers. Responsibilities

• Advising on and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke)
• Supporting major programmes (hospitals, social housing, schools, regeneration)
• Collaborating with clients including government bodies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and developers

Key requirements

• 1-4 years’ PQE
• strong drafting skills
• commercial awareness
• interest in becoming a specialist in non-contentious construction
