Account Manager

Overview

As an Account Manager in FlexTrade’s Client Services, you ensure client goals are understood and delivered across multi-asset trading solutions. You coordinate on onboarding and live projects, collaborating with trading desks and tech teams to keep deliveries on track. You’ll manage priorities, communicate risks, and build strong client relationships to drive successful implementations and potential upsell opportunities. This role offers exposure to front-office trading workflows and a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values ownership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver client projects with the technical Client Services team
• Manage client priorities and clearly communicate changes
• Identify risks and dependencies early and mitigate them
• Provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders and senior management
• Monitor implementation progress and raise alerts as needed
• Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on project status
• Build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Conduct quarterly reviews with client senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate the system and train new traders
• Upsell new functionality, features and asset classes
• Travel onsite to client sites as needed

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience with front office trading account management and/or project management
• Strong understanding of trading platforms (buy- or sell-side)
• Knowledge of equities
• Preferable experience in FX and/or FI trading workflows
• Ability to manage day-to-day projects while maintaining view of the big picture
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
