Senior Technology Consultant

Overview

In this role you lead client engagements on the Engagement Lead Track, guiding delivery and stakeholder relationships while driving business growth. You collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional peers to align technology initiatives with business goals. You assume product, project, and advisory roles to ensure successful execution of client programmes. You will help clients modernize platforms, adopt AI/ML, and leverage cloud solutions, shaping tangible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution aligned with client objectives, timelines and quality
• Guide clients through technology transformations across software, data, analytics or cloud initiatives
• Lead and coordinate teams from 2 to dozens of members, ensuring collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
• Oversee product roadmaps, backlogs and project scopes with a focus on business outcomes and client success
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects and translate concepts for business audiences
• Support clients in modernizing technology platforms and adopting AI/ML and cloud solutions
• Drive strategic initiatives aligning technology, data and business needs to optimize delivery and impact
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for account expansion and long-term client success
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives including go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, and internal programs (GenAI adoption and enablement)

Key requirements

• 4+ years in technology-driven roles with software, data, analytics or cloud engineering background
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, architects and business stakeholders
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager or Business Analyst
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills bridging technical and business objectives
• Proven track record of leading teams from 2 to dozens and delivering measurable client impact
• Experience growing accounts and work streams, optimizing billable utilization, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
