Contracts Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | East London

Overview

In this role you will oversee multiple construction projects from inception through to completion for a reputable main contractor in London. You will work within a client-focused team that delivers sustainable, value-for-money projects through careful planning and strong communication. You will manage site teams and coordinate across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and housing, while occasionally travelling around the M25. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on collaboration and delivering on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion
• Lead and develop site teams to achieve project goals
• Plan and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery across varied sectors (new build, refurbishment, fit-out)
• Travel around the M25 corridor to project sites

• Experience with a reputable main contractor
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion
• Experience on both new build and refurbishment across sectors
