Principal Creative Higher Education Engagement Manager (UK)

Overview

As a strategic leader, you will drive adoption of Adobe’s creative and generative AI workflows across top design-focused higher education programs. You’ll partner with faculty and leadership to modernize curricula, scale adoption initiatives, and align industry workflows with academic goals. You’ll guide responsible AI use in design and film programs, building a thriving ecosystem of advocates. This role blends academic influence with hands-on program leadership to shape future creative education.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage academic and executive relationships to advise on curriculum modernization and AI adoption
• Translate real-world workflows into course and assignment recommendations for faculty
• Lead responsible adoption of generative AI in design and film programs, including ethics considerations
• Design and scale faculty programs, pilots, portfolio initiatives, and industry-connected capstones
• Train and lead partners on top creative and AI workflows
• Develop an ecosystem of advocates among faculty, industry practitioners, and creative technologists
• Collaborate with Film, Video, and Motion evangelists to align institutional strategy and cross-discipline storytelling

Key requirements

• Deep credibility in professional design workflows and knowledge of the film industry a plus
• Proven ability to influence academic leadership within complex institutions
• Practical perspective on AI in creative production
• Experience teaching, lecturing, or curriculum development in design education
• Experience building communities of designers and faculty in digital or physical forums
• Project management across strategy to execution in creative/academic environments
• 8+ years leading creative initiatives in industry and/or higher education
• Degree or equivalent experience in creative or design-related field
