Overview

In this role, you will drive the execution of Franklin Templeton’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, translating executive vision into tangible roadmaps. You’ll partner with executive sponsors to accelerate decisions and manage complex enterprise programs across functions. You will identify risks, dependencies, and impacts, guiding governance and reporting. This role offers visibility to senior leaders and the chance to shape the future of a global asset manager. You’ll tackle cross-functional challenges with urgency and clear, executive‑level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and translate vision into actionable roadmaps
• Partner with executive sponsors to accelerate decision-making and governance
• Identify risks, opportunities, dependencies, and impacts across programs
• Lead enterprise transformation programs with governance models and reporting frameworks
• Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while considering operational, legal, regulatory, and technology impacts
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership; prepare communications and facilitate governance meetings
• Build cross-functional partnerships and align stakeholders; drive accountability and collaboration
• Lead organizational change efforts, navigate ambiguity, and simplify complex problems
