Overview
In this role you ensure the quality management system is implemented effectively to meet statutory, legal and contractual requirements. You will engage stakeholders to drive compliance, support a resilient business, and enable organisational change through continuous improvement. You’ll manage audits, investigate non-conformances, and analyse quality data while supporting training, communication, and supplier quality performance. This is a hands-on quality assurance position focused on reducing risk, improving efficiency, and contributing to net-zero goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver elements of the annual quality plan within time and budget
- Coordinate internal and external audits and report insights and actions
- Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions
- Maintain and improve management system content
- Analyse and present quality data and metrics
- Support training, communication and business development
- Monitor and develop supply chain quality performance
- Contribute to efficiency, risk reduction and net-zero goals
Key requirements
- Quality assurance focussed experience
- HNC/HND or country equivalent (minimum)
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to use industry recognised standard software systems
