Overview

In EY-Parthenon, you will lead and shape operational due diligence and value-creation strategies for high-stakes client engagements. You’ll support business origination, lead project delivery with senior stakeholders, and translate operational insights into strategic recommendations. You’ll contribute to practice development and help foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture. This role combines client advisory, deal-focused due diligence, and hands-on delivery at pace. Responsibilities

• Support business origination with pitches and client presentations
• Lead project delivery with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes
• Advise clients across sectors on developing and executing value-creation strategies
• Contribute to practice development and team culture initiatives
• Mentor juniors and support recruitment/training responsibilities

Key requirements

• Professional services / consulting background
• Experience in transactions such as due diligence, carve-out, or integrations
• Strong understanding of one or more core operational functions
• Strong analytical skills linking operations to financial statements
• Experience building relationships with senior clients and influencing decision-makers
• Experience supporting sales and business development in a large-scale consulting environment
• Track record of delivering projects with teams and vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication for high-quality reports and presentations
