Private Client Senior Associate + Cardiff

Overview

Senior Private Client lawyer sought to join Chadwick Nott to support growth in South Wales. You will manage wills, trusts, probate and estate planning while developing new client relationships. The role involves collaboration across teams to shape the firm’s strategy and expand the private client offering. You’ll work from Cardiff with some travel to Bridgend, leveraging an established caseload and backing to drive growth and progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a busy caseload across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• Build new client relationships and drive business development efforts
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to wider firm strategy
• Lead with confidence and support colleagues with experience

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 7+ years PQE in Private Client work
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with ability to handle sensitive client matters
• Experience in a broad Private Client caseload, including trusts, wills, and estate admin
• STEP qualified (or working towards it) is a bonus
