Overview
In this role you will enhance the delivery of the most complex construction projects through rigorous planning, ensuring plans drive on-site delivery. You will translate project logic into a linked plan, analyse it with planning tools, and help teams prioritise effectively. You’ll develop scalable planning practices and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Own the project plan for one or more projects and manage delays and commercial impact
- Ensure the project team understands and follows the plan, engaging constructively with stakeholders
- Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency
- Develop scalable, repeatable planning practices and tools with the team
- Support the development of team members and educate clients to improve outcomes
Key requirements
- Construction engineering background with 2+ years on construction projects
- Experience in project planning (software and principles) and strong Excel skills
- Strong interest in data
- Excellent written and spoken English with influencing skills
- Proactive self-leadership and ability to challenge others
