In this role you will advise on development land transactions for housebuilders, landowners and developers, contributing to major residential and mixed-use projects in Wiltshire. You will work within a specialist development team, receiving mentoring and support in a collaborative environment. You’ll handle complex agreements and infrastructure matters, shaping significant development activity while pursuing long-term career growth. Responsibilities
- Advising on development land acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating Option, Promotion and Conditional Sale Agreements
- Supporting major residential and mixed-use development projects
- Handling planning agreements, infrastructure agreements and development finance matters
- Assisting with affordable housing disposals and site set-up transactions
