You will contribute to process improvements and ensure equipment reliability in a hands-on setting onsite in Swindon. Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled planned preventive maintenance on utility refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on facility refrigeration systems
- Record equipment history and complete quality documentation
- Provide detailed handovers to engineering colleagues
- Ensure compliance with procedures, HSE requirements, and GMP at all times
- Assist in managing contractors regarding HSE policies and site procedures
- Implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability
- Stay updated on current regulatory requirements in the area
- Work in line with Catalent values and perform other tasks as required by the Line Manager
Key requirements
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Servicing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems or equivalent
- F-GAS 2079 CAT 1 certification
- Proven background in refrigeration service or facilities maintenance
- IT literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC, water systems, compressors, BMS, and refrigeration equipment
- Previous pharmaceutical engineering experience
