Product Designer

Overview

As Product Designer you will shape early-stage product concepts for football-related products, translating strategy into tangible journeys and prototypes. You’ll validate ideas quickly with user feedback and performance data, preparing concepts for build. You’ll collaborate across Product Managers, Technology Solutions, and cross-functional teams to reduce ambiguity and ensure early feasibility. This is an opportunity to influence product experiences from concept to testable designs in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Responsibilities

• Design digital product concepts, wireframes, prototypes and interaction models
• Map customer journeys and translate insights into testable experiences
• Validate ideas through prototypes and early feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and assess feasibility
• Improve concepts with user feedback, operational insight and performance data
• Support cross-functional teams to enhance product readiness before build

Key requirements

• Experience designing digital products, user journeys or customer experiences
• Proven ability in prototyping, journey mapping and concept validation
• Understanding of user experience, interaction design and usability principles
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and interface designs using design tools
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, engineers and technology teams to shape early requirements
• Clear, effective communication and structured problem-solving in ambiguous environments
