You will lead a busy residential property team in Plymouth, handling a full conveyancing caseload and guiding junior members. Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post‑completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership
• Provide expert legal advice, undertake due diligence and draft/ negotiate contracts and related documentation
• Supervise, mentor and support junior team members and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture
• Build relationships with clients and referrers, contribute to business development and departmental growth

Key requirements

• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent)
• Strong background in residential property law
• Excellent technical expertise and client care skills
• Ability to manage complex matters efficiently
