Overview
In this role you support a leading commercial law firm’s Travel practice by delivering commercial legal advice to airlines, tour operators, travel agents and hospitality clients. You will handle complex transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help top travel brands navigate regulatory and commercial challenges. Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial contracts and transactions for travel sector clients (airlines, tour operators, travel agents, hospitality)
- Support tech-enabled travel platforms and online travel agents in complex deals
- Work on high-quality, business-critical transactions and regulatory considerations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Contribute to business development and maintain client relationships in a leading city practice
Key requirements
- 2-5 years PQE in commercial law
- experience from a leading city practice
- interest in travel and leisure sector (desirable)
- not required but beneficial familiarity with travel industry
- strong academic and professional track record unknown
