Overview

In this role you will manage commercial aspects of a large, long-term new build residential project in North London, contributing to a major housing development. You will work within a developer-focused team to ensure cost control and value across RC and traditional housing components. The position suits an experienced QS capable of autonomous delivery on a multi-phase scheme, aligning with the company’s aim to create vibrant communities. This is a chance to impact project economics and delivery on a high-profile residential project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial management on a large, long-term new build residential scheme (280 units) including RC block and traditional houses
• Work autonomously to deliver cost control, valuation, and contract administration on the project
• Maintain robust commercial processes and reporting to support project decisions
• Collaborate with site teams and stakeholders to align project delivery with financial targets

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
• Strong track record with a reputable housebuilder
• New build residential project experience essential
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent all-round commercial skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence
