Overview

In this role you will partner with senior leaders across London and EMEA to deliver the people agenda for Operations and Corporate Services. You will manage the full HR lifecycle, from employee relations to workforce planning, reward and talent development, in a complex matrix environment. You will translate business strategy into people solutions, providing risk-aware guidance and facilitating cross-functional initiatives. You will influence managers to drive performance, inclusion and organizational effectiveness, shaping talent priorities at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across client groups and adapt HR advisory style accordingly
  • Shape and deliver talent priorities with Operations and Corporate Services leaders
  • Collaborate with HR product teams and regional colleagues to provide joined-up advice
  • Lead delivery of global HR processes ensuring local needs are reflected
  • Provide practical, risk-aware guidance on policies and employment practices
  • Advise on redundancy and organisational change with legal support to ensure fairness and risk awareness
  • Coach managers on complex employee relations matters and escalate when required
  • Support absence and disability management in coordination with OH and Benefits
  • Partner on workforce planning, hiring strategy and role-level decisions
  • Guide compensation discussions, role levelling and background checks
  • Coach on performance processes and support leadership development and succession initiatives
  • Support diversity, inclusion and early-career talent initiatives
  • Provide data-driven insights and governance over compensation structures and regulatory requirements

Key requirements

  • At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience in a complex, global or matrixed environment
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Ability to manage relationships within matrix management structures
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
  • Influence and persuade across stakeholder groups
  • Results-focused with a rational, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage client expectations and escalate risks
