Senior Finance Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight to support key business decisions. You will partner with multiple functions to influence senior stakeholders and drive financial performance. This role combines technical finance work with cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight to support decision‑making
• Partner with multiple functions to influence business decisions
• Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support the delivery of financial performance across the organization
• Engage in business partnering activities to drive value and performance
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Key requirements

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or similar analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Strong Power BI or similar BI tool experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
