Overview

In this role you will join a London team at an offshore firm advising on Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law. You handle high-value, complex cross-border financing work for banks, sponsors, investors and corporates, while developing international client relationships. The position blends top-tier transactional work with opportunities to build a client network and contribute to business development. You will operate in a cross-border, international context with a focus on delivering strategic financing solutions.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• 5–8 PQE
• strong Banking & Finance experience
