Product Designer

Overview

As a Product Designer at Perk, you will shape the end-to-end design of key trip-booking experiences (Trains and Cars) within a fast-growing SaaS product. You’ll work across problem definition, research, sketching, prototyping and final design, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align product strategy with user and business goals. You contribute to the Suitcase design system and continuously refine the product through research and usability insights. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design for Trains and Cars within the trip booking flow
• Lead problem definition, user research, sketching, prototyping and final designs
• Iterate through research, validation, heuristic reviews, and discovery with UX research support
• Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional partners
• Contribute to Suitcase, Perk’s design system

Key requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Designer, preferably SaaS
• Strong proficiency with Figma and remote workshop tools (FigJam/Miro)
• Solid understanding of usability, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design (web/mobile)
• Autonomous and proactive mindset
• User interviews and usability testing experience (with in-house research)
• Understanding of business goals, metrics and collaboration with product managers
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and facilitating workshops
• Understanding of technical constraints and experience working with engineers
• Familiarity with design systems
• Professional English (writing and speaking)
