You will lead concept development and deliver robust mechanical designs, primarily using SolidWorks or other 3D CAD tools. Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept development for a new medical device
• Lead mechanical design work using SolidWorks or other CAD tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists (physicists, electronics engineers, scientists)
• Support development in a regulated medical devices environment
• Provide robust, manufacturable designs suitable for medical use

Key requirements

• Experience as Mechanical Design Engineer in Medical Devices or life-sciences sector with relevant regulatory context
• SolidWorks experience; knowledge of other 3D CAD tools acceptable
• Engineering degree or relevant experience in mechanical design (degree preferred but not essential)
