Pre Construction Planner

Overview

In this role you shape early delivery strategies for major, complex projects, combining construction insight with strategic foresight. You work within the Pre-Construction Advisory capability to increase early-stage certainty for clients and integrate multidisciplinary inputs. You will test delivery scenarios, assess feasibility and risks, and support early procurement. The role emphasizes collaboration, advisory skills, and clear communication to align stakeholders and drive confident, practical plans. Responsibilities

• Provide buildability, logistics and methodology insights
• Shape early delivery strategies including phasing, sequencing and constraints
• Develop integrated strategic schedules for all project stages
• Manage optioneering and scenario modelling
• Assess design, planning and operational constraints
• Evaluate feasibility, risks and opportunities
• Support early procurement and benchmarking
• Align stakeholders and integrate multidisciplinary inputs

Key requirements

• Experienced in pre-construction, planning or design management for major, complex projects
• Strong buildability, logistics and early-stage phasing expertise
