Overview

As Manager, BTB Key Accounts, you lead the Key Account Coordinators to service Funko’s top 60 strategic accounts. You’ll enable the team to meet KPIs and support sales staff across internal partners, ensuring smooth order execution and exceptional customer service. You drive process improvements, reporting, and escalation plans that scale with rapid growth. This role offers influence over key partnerships and operations in a dynamic, culture-driven company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the KAC team to deliver against quarterly KPIs
  • Create and optimize processes for key account servicing across departments
  • Coach and train team members, provide tools and direction for success
  • Coordinate with product development and logistics to ensure order execution for key accounts
  • Collaborate with sales reps and retail partners to meet sales and service objectives
  • Manage key account routing, labeling, and customer organization requirements
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting for customers and senior leadership
  • Benchmark, analyze, and redesign processes to improve service quality and metrics
  • Establish customer escalation plans and identify system/training improvements
  • Plan and monitor quarterly KPIs and monthly reviews with reports and leads
  • Authorize leave and manage coverage for KAC team members
  • Support internal intercompany teams to provide task detail to sales
  • Assist with complex order book management (Domestic or FOB)
  • Contribute to SMT or Senior Director projects

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in key sales support or administration for complex/top customers
  • Previous direct management or lead role in sales administration
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with numerical proficiency
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify issues, plan resolutions, and communicate results to management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
  • Experience with ERP systems (D365 current, moving to Oracle)
