Overview

You will support the EMEA People team by delivering accurate, confidential payroll services and coordinating with the outsourced provider. In this role, you’ll handle end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA, manage month-end procedures, and address complex payroll queries. You’ll collaborate with HR and finance to ensure statutory reporting and data integrity. This is a pivotal role for maintaining payroll compliance and enabling smooth operations across AVEVA’s European functions.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing for assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with outsourced provider
  • Delivery of payroll/accounting month-end procedures
  • Respond to complex payroll queries and support HR in payroll issues
  • Timely input of data from HRIS and email instructions
  • Ensuring statutory returns and reporting requirements are met
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal/company retention requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with legislation affecting payroll and advise colleagues on changes

Key requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an EMEA payroll environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent stakeholder management
