Overview
In this role you drive Front Office IT deliverables for multiple complex initiatives, partnering with development teams to implement in-house investment technology. You will act as the bridge between Front Office stakeholders and technical squads, shaping priorities, governance, and delivery cadence. You’ll lead agile ceremonies, produce essential project documents, and promote best practices across the FO technology and PMO teams. Responsibilities
- Lead Front Office IT deliverables for multiple medium-to-high complexity initiatives
- Partner with the development team to deliver features for in-house FO applications (research platform, portfolio construction tool, performance attribution system)
- Serve as liaison between development teams and Front Office stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and allocate resources
- Organise regular stand-ups, retrospectives, agile ceremonies, and stakeholder sessions
- Maintain meeting minutes and action items; ensure timely follow-up
- Implement team operating cadences and governance (status meetings, timeline tracking, RAID logs)
- Work with Business Analysts to ensure backlog processes and feature checklists are followed
- Provide strategic input on project approach, priorities and business impact
- Produce project documents (scope, planning, risk profiles, timelines, steering committees, closures)
- Adhere to agile processes and RBC documentation requirements; contribute to best-practices adoption
- Identify and lead innovation in project management, including AI opportunities
- Build relationships across global business teams (FO PMs/Traders, Operations, Risk, Data, Dev)
