As a Databricks Client Solution Lead, you shape and lead Data & AI transformation programs for top UK clients, leveraging Databricks to deliver measurable business outcomes. You operate at the intersection of client needs, Deloitte, and Databricks, building trusted executive relationships and defining transformation strategies and architectures. You translate priorities into compelling, commercially viable solutions and lead multidisciplinary teams toward delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements with senior stakeholders, positioning Deloitte as the trusted partner for Data & AI transformation
• Shape complex Databricks opportunities from discovery to solution definition, architecture, proposals, and mobilization
• Translate client priorities into Data & AI roadmaps, strategies, and solution propositions
• Provide architecture oversight to ensure scalable, secure, governed solutions aligned with enterprise tech strategies
• Integrate data engineering, analytics, ML, and Generative AI to form cohesive transformation solutions on Databricks
• Offer technical strategy and leadership through pursuit lifecycle, identifying risks and ensuring feasibility
• Develop compelling value propositions and articulate expected business outcomes and differentiated value
• Collaborate with industry, account, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to assemble the right capabilities
• Build and maintain executive relationships with Databricks and ecosystem partners to drive joint growth
• Provide leadership during transition from solution shaping to delivery to preserve original outcomes
• Contribute to repeatable propositions, accelerators, and go-to-market offerings for Deloitte’s Databricks capability

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading strategic client engagements for large-scale Data & AI transformations
• Extensive knowledge of modern Data & AI platforms, architectures, and transformation approaches
• Strong experience with the Databricks platform and its enterprise applications
• Experience in shaping solutions from discovery through architecture, proposal development, and mobilization
• Technical leadership and architecture oversight across large programs
• Commercial acuity and experience developing client propositions and value cases
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of enterprise data governance, cloud architecture, ML, and Generative/Agentic AI
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments
• Experience building joint propositions with technology alliances
