Senior Graphic Designer – FTC

Overview

You will drive print and graphic design for women’s clothing, shaping seasonal updates and trend-led offers. Working in the New Look Design team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with brand direction while keeping customer requirements at the center. You’ll identify emerging trends, convert them into commercially viable print graphics, and mentor a direct report. This role blends creativity with fast-paced delivery and a focus on fashion-forward, market-ready product.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics and illustrations for women’s clothing, with emphasis on all-over print capabilities
• Identify and present key print and graphic trends for long lead and speed-to-market cycles
• Collaborate with Buying to build strong, fashion-forward yet commercial ranges
• Manage critical path from concept to final buying samples, reacting to market changes
• Coach and develop a direct report, conducting regular catch-ups and performance reviews
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams and provide constructive feedback
• Influence product direction to ensure brand consistency and customer focus
• Proactively challenge ways of working and implement improvements across departments

Key requirements

• Excellent design, graphic and illustration skills
• Strong eye for fonts, typography and color/trend
• Excellent spec skills, Pantone knowledge, factory-ready files
• Deep trend knowledge and ability to influence business decisions
• Understanding of supply base and rapid product reads
• Experience leading a design team and driving newness into ranges
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience as a Senior Graphic & Print Designer within a major retailer or supplier
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fashion qualification or related degree desirable
