Overview

As Brand & Creative Advisor, you will shape and deliver high-quality campaigns and brand communications across channels to bring the Wood brand to life. You’ll work within a small, collaborative team to transform ideas from brief to delivery, influencing global brand representation. You’ll manage multiple projects, ensuring consistency and quality while partnering with internal teams and external partners. This role offers visibility across a global brand and flexible hybrid work from Aberdeen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver creative campaigns and brand communications across internal and external channels
  • Lead creative execution of assigned projects to ensure brand consistency and high quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to transform ideas into engaging content
  • Provide guidance on brand standards, governance, and best practices
  • Craft compelling headlines and messaging to support campaign objectives
  • Maintain and evolve brand assets, templates and toolkits for consistency
  • Support brand governance by identifying non-compliance and escalating risks
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver effective creative solutions
  • Contribute to the brand hub and share best practices to improve adoption across the organisation
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform creative approaches

Key requirements

  • Degree qualified in brand design, visual communication, graphic design or related discipline
  • Experience in graphic design, ideally in an in-house creative environment
  • Strong portfolio across digital and print
  • Advanced creative capability with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to craft headlines and campaign messaging
  • Experience applying brand guidelines and visual identity systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong stakeholder management and mult Project management skills
  • Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
