Overview

In this role you lead the delivery of assigned projects within scope, time and budget while ensuring nuclear safety, quality and environmental compliance. You act as the main interface between customers, internal teams and contractors, coordinating multi-disciplinary groups to meet contractual obligations. You drive planning, risk management and continuous improvement to achieve on-time, on-budget project delivery that supports Framatome’s mission of safer, smarter nuclear energy. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, safety‑critical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and control projects to meet customer requirements and minimize business risks
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Execute project management processes on assigned projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers and budgets
  • Lead hazard identification and risk assessments
  • Manage contracts and procurement in line with business processes
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors and stakeholders to deliver objectives
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, QSHE, commercial, controls and operations
  • Monitor performance, report regularly, implement corrective actions
  • Forecast resource needs and support workload planning
  • Capture and apply lessons learned for future delivery
  • Execute governance, QA and change control
  • Promote safety, continuous improvement and innovation
  • Deliver projects within agreed timeframes, cost, scope and quality
  • Maintain project documentation and accurate reporting to leadership

Key requirements

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience in planning, budgeting and risk management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder engagement ability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects
  • High attention to detail in technical and financial documents
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and project tools (MS Project or Primavera)
  • Bachelor level education in a relevant field
  • Desirable membership in recognized project body and related certifications
