Plant PMO, Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager

Overview

In this role you drive governance, performance management and continuous improvement across Ferrero’s manufacturing site, linking strategy with execution and delivering measurable, sustainable improvements. You lead cross-functional projects, CI and digitalisation efforts, shaping the Plant Master Plan and Smart Factory ambitions. You act as a key connector across Operations, Maintenance and other functions to accelerate the site’s transformation.

Responsibilities

• Establish site governance and coordinate priorities across departments
• Support the Plant Master Plan and translate strategic priorities into a long-term roadmap
• Monitor budgets and performance, providing visibility to support decision-making
• Act as Project Manager for major cross-functional initiatives from planning to implementation
• Strengthen project management capability and ways of working across the Plant
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence with measurable outcomes
• Champion improvement methodologies, coaching teams to adopt new ways of working
• Lead Smart Factory and digitalisation initiatives, deploying digital solutions for operational value
• Translate data and technology into actionable operational benefits
• Connect Operations, Maintenance and other functions to align local priorities with the broader organisation

Key requirements

• Experienced in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Transformation, PMO or Performance roles in a manufacturing or complex environment
• Ability to turn strategy into practical execution across multiple functions and projects
• Strong project and programme management capability
• Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and CI tools, with ability to coach others
• Experience with Smart Factory, Industry 4.0 or data-led performance improvement is valuable
• Analytical, commercially aware, and able to work with budgets and performance metrics
• Strong communicator and change leader with credibility from shop floor to senior leadership
