Solicitor/Associate – Medical Negligence – Bristol – 3+ PQE

Overview

In this role you will join a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked Medical Negligence team in Bristol to handle a mix of litigated and non-litigated clinical negligence matters. You will manage your own caseload, support complex high-value claims, and provide clear, compassionate advice across disciplines while collaborating with other departments. • Manage own caseload, including litigated matters
• Assist senior colleagues on complex, high-value claims
• Advise on medical negligence issues across disciplines
• Deliver accurate, compassionate legal advice
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence (Claimant experience preferred)
• Proven experience managing a caseload independently
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• Experience assisting on high-value, complex cases
