Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions/disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters
• Oversee development and site assembly work and secured lending
• Portfolio management and client relationship handling
• Collaborate with a loyal client base and contribute to department development
• Provide high-quality, end-to-end property advice with minimal supervision
• Support growth of the practice and maintain a collaborative, wellbeing-focused culture

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate
• Ability to manage broad caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and polished client manner
• Commercial, organized, and committed to exceptional service
• Experience in a Lexcel or CQS-accredited firm is beneficial but not essential
