Project Quantity Surveyor (NEC4)

Overview

In this Project Quantity Surveyor role you will manage commercial activities for NEC4-based highway and street furniture projects. You’ll support multi-site delivery from a largely office-based position with some site travel, reporting into a senior team to drive value and commercial success. You will work within a growing specialist manufacturer with ambitious plans, contributing to high-value schemes like bus shelters and highway works. This is an opportunity to progress into senior roles within a market-leading organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management for NEC4 contracts
• NEC4 contract administration across multi-site programme
• Travel to local client sites as needed
• Support successful delivery of high-value projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage costs and commercial risk

Key requirements

• NEC4 experience
• Background in construction, civil engineering, highways or similar
• Full UK Driving License
• Knowledge of NEC4
• Quantity Surveyor / Project QS background
