Overview

In this role you partner with WWSE leadership across EMEA and LATAM to steer strategic initiatives, analytics, and operating rhythms. You translate complex data into actionable guidance, shaping decisions and programs that drive growth and efficiency. You will own regional cadences, lead executive-ready reporting, and collaborate across functions to lift business outcomes. The position offers high visibility and the chance to influence global system engineering strategy within a pioneering data storage leader.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operations partner for EMEA and LATAM Systems Engineering leadership
  • Own regional operating cadences, including QBRs and MBRs, plus performance analysis and territory planning
  • Analyze business performance across Salesforce, BI tools, and spreadsheets; reconcile data inconsistencies and leverage AI to generate insights and executive narratives
  • Drive cross-functional strategic programs from design to measurement across three pillars: Business Partnering & Decision Support, Operating Model & Systems Design, Strategic Programs
  • Build executive-ready reporting and lead executive planning meetings when required
  • Collaborate in an in-office setting at the Staines, UK office with adherence to policies

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or related roles supporting executive leadership
  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and spreadsheet modeling
  • Proficiency with BI and project management tools (Tableau, Asana, NetSuite, Jira, Anaplan) preferred
  • Track record of leveraging emerging AI capabilities to streamline data workflows
  • Strong end-to-end project management and ability to manage priorities across time zones
  • Excellent executive communication skills (written, verbal, presentations)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
