You will contribute to ML software and compiler technology, driving features across ML compilation, framework software, and embedded driver stacks. You’ll collaborate with ML hardware teams to optimize system partitioning, mentor junior engineers, and lead sizable work packages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on impact on next-generation AI acceleration while working with top engineers in a collaborative culture. Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features in ML compilation technology and framework software
- Develop kernel/user-space drivers, real-time embedded software, and test automation
- Lead larger work packages and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with ML hardware team to achieve optimal system partitioning
- Perform performance evaluation and analytical problem solving
Key requirements
- Development experience on cross-team projects with milestones and dependencies
- Strong programming skills (C, C++, Python)
- Source control skills (Git, Gerrit, Repo)
- Experience with agile software development, continuous integration, and test-driven development
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration
