Overview

Senior National Account Manager in the EU leads strategic retail partnerships and drives market-leading growth for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. You will collaborate with Buying, Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing to amplify brand visibility and top-line performance. The role focuses on negotiating terms, forecasting, inventory planning, and developing bespoke retailer plans to sustain leadership across categories. You’ll shape the EU commercial strategy, coach the team, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key retail accounts at all levels to maximize brand visibility and share of voice
  • Lead commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, online real estate, and support packages
  • Monitor retail context and category performance to identify opportunities and strategic needs
  • Own net and retail sales forecasting for the EU remit, flagging risks and opportunities
  • Drive plans to maintain #1 ranking across categories and manage NPD and core line forecasting with inventory collaboration
  • Manage account P&L, monitor profit contribution, and balance investment with opportunities
  • Coordinate with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Digital to create annual retailer activation plans
  • Onboard new trading partners with bespoke launch plans
  • Support EU Commercial team development and provide autonomy with accountability
  • Coach and develop team members with clear progression paths
  • Present commercial rationale to senior stakeholders and maintain cross-functional transparency
  • Translate field insights to digital initiatives and ensure timely performance reviews
  • Lead regional decision-making discussions and influence wider teams

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience as Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager, preferably in beauty/luxury/fashion
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with capacity to quantify business impact
